Insert Sound Or Music To A PowerPoint Slide

MS PowerPoint to create and organize presentations easily and quickly and the presentation is a systematic approach through which ideas are delivered in a way that no manners. Slide shows created have different information, graphics and clip art are arranged in proper order. You can also add sound or music to a slide. It may be a sound or a movie. When you run the slide show, video or audio plays with this presentation.

You must follow some steps to insert the music file into a slide:

Well, first display the slide you want to add music or sound.

On the Insert menu, choose Movies and Sounds, sub-menu opens and one of the following steps.

To insert a sound from the Clip Gallery, click Sound from Gallery, and then locate and insert the sound you want.

To insert a sound in another location, click Sound from File, locate the folder that contains audio, then double click the file you want to add.

Here's an audio icon appears on the slide.

The message is displayed if you want sound to play automatically when you go to the slide, click Yes, if you want the sound sound only when you click the sound icon during a slide show, click on the button No.

To see the normal mode, double-click the sound icon.
